In the leaked video, a girl with a striking resemblance to Akshara was seen indulging in 'sex' with a man and this MMS took the internet by storm with people attacking the actress. Now, Akshara has finally broken her silence on this and called it a ‘cheap’ trick. The actress also mentioned that she is not going to cry over this as she remains unfazed by such cheap acts. 

In an interview with Etimes, the Bigg Boss OTT actress asserted that she has not seen the MMS yet but she wants to ask those who have seen it if she is in the video. Akshara was quoted saying, “Whoever did such an act, I do not care about all these things. Someone made a statement. Even I haven't watched the MMS video yet. Do you want to know whether I'm in this viral video? This leaked MMS has divided the internet into two groups. While one section is convinced that the woman in the video is Akshara, the other disagrees and extends their support to the actress. Earlier, Lock Upp contestant Anjali Arora’s fake MMS got leaked and the actress mentioned that it deeply affected her family.
